Meet Nancy

Seattle’s more organically-minded grocery stores carry a line of dairy products called Nancy’s, from Eugene, Oregon. I’ve recently discovered Nancy’s Cultured Cream Cheese, a wondrous spread that tastes a little like cream cheese mixed with sour cream – it’s not your typical Philly, but it’s delicious, and since it’s packed with the good kind of bacteria, I’m more likely to spread it liberally on almost anything. Also try the fat-free plain yogurt, which has more of a lemony tang than most yogurts.
