A good, healthy, post-frying binge snack:
Pile cottage cheese. Top with nuts. Slice drippy, ripe apricots. Drizzle with honey. Instant.

You inspired my breakfast this morning. I used Greek yogurt instead of the cottage cheese and then I sprinkled on some cinnamon. I think I may be out of my peanut butter rut. Thank you!
